View Full Version : which laptop is better? Gateway VS Acer

Im thinking to buy one of these laptops which are Gateway MS 6930 and Acer AS5630. They hv very similar spec except Gateway 6930 hs 5400 RPM Hd and bluetooth. Any1 can gives me some suggestion? Thx

Base on specification along, the gateway one has a better spec, though it doesn't have an integrated web-cam. Are you sure the gateway has bluetooth, I can't see it in spec? There is a significant speed different between 5400 rpm VS 4200 rpm HDD (4200 rpm is a lottttt slower than 5400 rpm, form my experience). If i were to chose between them, I would go with the gateway.

if only two choices... i will choose Acer, not Gateway...

Not even looking at the specs, Acer beats GW in terms of quality.
