My company give me copy of this but when install I see this two program. I only use acrobat so not sure what other two is use.

I believe Distiller is the actual portion that creates the PDF. Acrobat uses Distiller to create a PDF. If you go file -> print, and print to the adobe distiller printer, it will create a PDF. The official word is that it is used to turn Postscript files to PDF.
Lifecycle designer is for creating fillable forms using XML to track data. You can then send them out as PDF after.

Yep, Distiller is for printing to PDF. It's a virtual printer. You just print as you normally would to a real printer (eg. file -> print -> etc), and instead of a hardcopy, out pops a PDF file.
It's great. Install it.
