i have a 42" and im looking for a how-to get into the service menu

Isnt the service menu on the remote? If not its always got to be on the manual. I don't open it from the bag myself. Check it out

Or ask where you bought it.

service menu is for adjusting indepth rather than the "user" menu garbage that you can adjust with the menu button
