Minimal Effort

Thank you for reading.
I've been really getting hooked on overclocking & im currently running E6600 on P5B-Dlx at 3.20Ghz (401 x 8). I also overclocked 8800GTX to 659/2014 but there's not much to do there. Once my Thermaltake Sonic Tower comes back from RMA I will start trying to o.c. the E6600 further. First thing I thought about is airflow. I designed the following chart which shows the current airflow in the case, and the airflow after I mod the case a bit. Please, correct me if my airflow is wrong. I am but a humble newbie.

The chart is self explanatory. I would just like some feed back. Things to know are:
The 2 top fans I might put on an of like 60 degrees instead of 90, so that they are more efficient. Reason I dont want to make the fan flat is because I'd like to have them LED green. If they are in a cage, where I can't see the fans, it would look cooler and less distracting.
The 2 Floppy slots in the front are not big enough to fully fit a 80mm fan (obviosly). The slots are about 40mm combined, but if I shave a bit of metal i can clear an additional 15mm, making the fan slot roughly 55mm. Note that on the bezel I cant cut plastic due to design. so the air will get sucked from the outside through a 4cm slot. Also note that I will use some kind of rubber coated thing on the screws there to try to reduce noise.
The 80mm exhaust fan near the video card. I'm thinking of putting a 120mm one because I'm going to end up buying a sound card for future Z5500s & it will block more space there. 120mm fan would be more efficient.
I also thought about adding a 92mm fan (intake) on the CPU intake, but it might not fit due to Sonic Tower and it might not do much.
I'm contemplating on substituting my 120mm back fan in place of the 80mm exhaust fan near the video card and putting 2x 80mm fans on the back. Since I will mod the Sonic Tower to make the 120mm fan (which I will purchase) fit in the middle (due to RAM stick being too close, it won't fit on the side), would it be better to keep the backfan or it makes no difference with 2x80mm's?
I'd like to know what the people think. The effectiveness of the case fan mods. Will it even count? Where do you stand on the Floppy slots fan? Overall, good idea? Again, if the airflow is not correct, please tell me.
I was trying to get an answer to this question in another thread but none replied, so here it goes.
I currently have 2x 512MB's and I would like to upgrade to 2GB overall. I'm going for the same ram I have, however I can't decide to buy 2x 512MB sticks or 1x 1GB. Will ram function the same, even though 1GB is not run in dual channel?
Finally,
Any P5B-Deluxe users here? What is the best BIOS to OC on, while being a relatively stable one too? I currently have the 0804 version, but I seen some screenies of people really pushing the limit.. 520+FSB on the 0507 BIOS. Let me know, please.
Thank you for your time. Westside!
