- the desk can hold 50 lbs on the table's surface, 25 lbs on the keyboard shelf, 30 lbs on the surface right of the main table, 40 lbs for the computer tower shelf
- the bookcase has adjustable shelves, holds 25 lbs per shelf, 20 lbs at the top-most surface and 40 lbs on the bottom-most surface
