I would assume that if they are not duds they where pulled from used phones... Would not the original owner(s) need to transfer the account to you??

NO IT DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE because you never know what plans are they on, even with you call fido and tell them the sim card number, they wont tell you anything unless if you are the account owner so DONT BUY !!!
