My mother is coming back from Hong Kong next month in Feb 13. I need a phone for her because she may needs to contact with me when she lives here. The problem is that I don't want to spend money on the phone with activation fee, phone price and wait for the rebate. I know that some people they have phone with contract. If you don't want your phone and the contract, I don't mind to take over your contract and phone with no cost. As long as you are a Rogers wireless user.
