I have it for PS3, and after playing it once ive started to feel really sick. My heads started to hurt, and ive gotten nausea. I think its from the quick turns in the game, cuz i put up the sensitivity. I was playing in sd because I had it on my projector for a day. My cousins also said that they didnt feel good after playing. We had only played for half an hour.

Probably motion sickness.
Do you get sick on boats or cruise ships?
I get the same thing sometimes, especially when I'm watching someone else play.

No i dont get sick on ships or boats. Yea I would only play for about 10 minutes (or until I died) and then pass it on to 2 other people. I watched them for 20 minutes. The game has no multiplayer only single, unless its online.

Do you get sick on all FPS games or just Call of Duty?
In any case, be a sniper/scout. Just camp, pick people off, and call air raids. You won't get motion sickness that way.

CoD3 has some serious motion sickness. I felt like throwing up when I first played it especially during the explosion/disorientation effects. I'ver been playing online and there isn't that many explosions thus far.

refresh rate probably wasn't fast enough, that's one explanation i can think of.
