So the only way it looks like you'll get >2 coupons applied is by speaking to a CSR and beg them to apply 70941, 70946 and $15 off (70959) =)

you don't need to fill with any other digits
just use 65271 .. it didn't work for you !!!!

I don't want handing out invalid coupons to other people in-store which probably makes me look bad (and managers will laugh at me) lol.

Oh I see, you have been a lurker for 2 weeks.

You would be better off to register, participate in RFD during that 2 weeks, then ask for benefit. I am not saying "being a lurker" is bad (or should not get anything from RFD), but you have to know there are A LOT OF lurkers competing for coupons posted here and sometimes RFDers would rather to help other members (especially who contribute more [base on their post count and join date]) by PM them the coupons (if you don't believe, you can check page 886 and 887 that I gave 3 coupons to 3 different RFDers by PM)

Not really sure as some managers have been reported to accept the coupons in store even though their official policy states that coupons are not valid in store. I wouldn't expect a human to review all orders placed online. Same thing happened to me - I got an email saying the coupon had been used by another customer, and they quoted an order number of a chair I bought a few days ago (and received already) - I guess there's a limit to how you many you can use per month or something?

Sigh, so just got off the phone with a rep. She said that they no longer allow stacking of coupons of any kind. My online order went through, but didn't receive a confirmation email. I called, confirmed the order and and was given this new total. She said this change was very recent. Any suggestions? Has anyone stacked coupons within the last few days been told this?

Not really sure as some managers have been reported to accept the coupons in store even though their official policy states that coupons are not valid in store. I wouldn't expect a human to review all orders placed online. I would imagine the next step after receiving the confirmation e-mail is to send the order to the distribution center to have it picked and shipped.

If you look at those two coupons from Staples with the May 30 expiry, you'll see that it is only for the Copy & Print Centre services. That's why the coupon doesn't work for the netbook.

I didn't receive a coupon from anyone so I printed out my 'used' coupon from today for $50 off a $200 purchase, printed out my desk order I made and went into the Staples in Toronto to have a manager there honour it which he did no problem so I could pick up a matching shelf for the desk.

I also tried calling customer service but they gave me the run around about not being able to 'generate' a working coupon for me so I just went into the store.

I suggest people register a few email address with Staples so that when the coupons are mailed out you will get a few to choose from and post on here if not used.

Staples CSRs will be alot more vigilant on orders using TWO $50 off coupons (ie be on the lookout for the same first 5 digits).

Just got off the phone with staples...my order was on hold cause a $25 coupon I had was already used. So I call in with a different $20 code to replace it, and the service rep then tells me that I can I only use one at a time????

Here's a question...then why does your online system allow for it then?
So I ask the rep to cancel the order and to release the codes so I can place my order online since the online system seems to have no problem, she says fine and that the coupons are active again....I try placing a new order online and Now All My Codes Have Been Cancelled and can't be used!

I would recommend.

give it to people who have positive feedbacks...
do not give to a user with 4-10 posts who just joined.

and obviously confirm all the info before hand before giving and then don't try it yourself ...

i was swapping coupons so this is what i did.

i put it in to test to make sure it works.. it did so i gave it to the other person. they put it in their cart to make sure it works.

they decided not to use the coupon so they gave it back to me... when i try or they try again it shows up as invalid or expired.

the only coupons i have that work are the ones that i have not given to anyone.

Well they corrected it by prevented even just one coupon from being used online.:lol:

They probably got tired of "screening" for coupon codes with the same first five digits (ie too many people abusing system by having multiple email accounts getting multiple coupons with the SAME first five digits) and decided to "void" them all.

I just spoke to someone at headoffice.... and seems like they are cracking down on coupon abuse.

which was same coupon being used many times.

which i think is because of this thread where users have good intentions and don't want to do the legwork and post their coupon and 2 dozen people try it.

So staples figured it out and now rest of us are going to have to pay which would have been yet another free lunch on stooples.
