Note (especially to whoever bought it, if applicable), Nintendo's TOC for the virtual console state that you cannot sell/give the wii to another person without wiping all virtual console games from the system (they are non-transferrable) and you also cannot sell/give your wii points to someone else. If you're still trying to sell these, good luck but what you're trying to do is (technically) illegal.

For what it's worth, I'd like to thank Imposter for posting this. I wasn't aware of this until late last night, and have since contacted the buyer to let him know. Since I am selling the package at cost, the buyer doesn't have a problem letting this slip away. I will be doing a full memory erase via the Wii settings, and it will wipe everything off.
