OK somewhat of a noob question here

I just bought a '93 Camry that only has cassette tapes

I would like to play MP3 and regular CDs and I would like to know what you guys think is the most affordable and secure option: car deck with removable faceplate or cassette tape adapter

I looked at FutureShop and a JVC Car Deck is going for about $79 while a car cassette adapter is a dime a dozen on eBay. I don't have any MP3 player at the moment though but would have no problem getting one.

Any other option guys ?

Thanks

car cassette adapter is the way to go ;) especially if u have an ipod.

but if u already have 100s of cds then its better to get a cd player.

Screw the old school adapter unless its for your ipod.

I had a car adapter attache to my portable CD player X years ago. Whenever you re-start the car, the song go back to #1 and you have to get the CD player whenever you want to skip songs....

Just get a MP3 player car deck...they arent expensive at all right now.
