I used to snack on leftovers. I stopped doing that b/c I'm trying to get back into shape. :)

Nothing really.

If I had to eat, I did once cause I was so hungry I can't sleep. I ate a bowl of cereal.

I don't eat that much... heh.

I hear you can gain weight if you eat a lot of fatty, high carb foods at night. They are usually calorically dense and quickly metabolized.

A couple of pitas with cheese, baked until the cheese melts then folded over. Dip into extremely hot salsa.

That's a really strict rule to follow...

I try not to eat too much at night, but it's not that big of a concern for me since I exercise.

If I worked out and need some protein I'll have some eggs, or if not I try to just have water or a healthy cereal if I'm hungry.

Ice cream, cashews, two-bite brownies, instant noodles, Pringles, juice.

Depends on how hungry I am, and what I have in the house. No wonder I've put on so much weight. :(

I'll eat whatever I can find... but a lot of times I find myself going to get some mcdonald's around 1-2 am.

My lo-carb night-time snack:

Porkrinds with cheddar cheese melted over top,
sprinkled with real bacon bits, and a little hot sauce.
Served with a dollop of sour cream...Mmmmm...

Sounds over the top with calories and cholesteral,
but I've managed to lose 40 Lbs in 3 months eating
like this...

And my cholesteral ratio has improved too.

Point to remember:
Eating fat doesn't make you fat...It's the carbs that'll kill ya..

Delivery pizza or sushi (im in ok shape, so not too worried), Life cereal.

Thanks btw, now I'm really hungry and can't justify ordering a pizza, and the stale, dry pita bread that I'm eating plain just isn't doing it for me.

I am working in the afternoons now so i usually get home around 12:30 a.m.

I would have some yogurt, a banana maybe and some fruit

Occasionally i would get some poutine from one of those 24 hour joints

I, for one, can't go to sleep with a hungry stomach!

Wow, nice way to revive and old thread. Might as well have created a new thread.

I go for bread with cream cheese, processed cheese, slice of paneer, chips, cookies, leftover thing in the fridge.

Not all of them at once, one of those once in a while if I ever gota eat. :)
