Zoombox DVD Projector?

i was thinking of buying this for hubby for x-mas...but havent read any reviews about it as far as picture qaulity..sound etc...
Does anyone have one & would you recomend it? :confused:

the resolutions are horrible!!!...but then again...i think its like 5xx by 4xx or something....you'll be lucky to get 800x600.

but then its only 200 dollars...i guess you get what you pay for?

Search 'Hot Deals' forum and there should be a couple of threads on this 'projector' ;)

It's basically a toy. It uses ordinary hologen bulbs. I believe it has composite video only. It's probably good for casual gaming, I guess.

I replied to the hot deals thread on this a few weeks ago after trying one out - bottom line, not really worth it. It's just not there yet, but with this thing under $200 there may be hope for cheap low-end projectors yet!
