I have this new. I bought the game originally, did not like it so went to return it to Futureshop. They only gave an exchange so I took it (as it's new and would sell/trade)..but they opened the seal wrap. They said it was because of "copyright infringement laws".
Anyways, this is new just not sealed (as explained). Willing to sell for reasonable price (make me an offer - retails at $64.99-$69.99+tax). Also willing to trade for New or Like New (must be absolute mint condition) XBOX 360 Games.
