File upload websites

i've been doing alota googling and always come across some complicated scripts for file uploading. i want something that looks simple and easy to use like the following to put on my website....

or
http://www.uploadwiz.com/ (i like this one cuz it looks simple)

where can i get this kind of stuff on my own website? it'd be great too if it can automatically reduce the file size when uploading.
