After the way they handled the pricing error on the Opterons, I don't think I will try anything else from Buy.com.
But, like I said, I'm just sharing this coz I came across it, to each his own. If you prefer cheaper brands, this deal is not for you of course.
I wanted to put a Kingston in my phone and found what I was looking for. So if anyone else is in my shoes, you know where I got mine. :)

I actually have a 4 GB SD card from Transcend.... it's been faster then my High Speed Kingston and the rest of the cards that I've had. Also, I've had the card for almost 6 months now... and I haven't had a problem with it...

Very True... having it manufactured in China brings down the prices.
But I do know that companies that have "Brand" power... for example, SONY or any other big companies (esp. Japanese companies)... when they manufacture in China, they have their own Quality Control people (from their country) who strictly monitor the quality of the products. After all it's their brand name that's at stake.
Which, in my opinion, still makes the quality of their products superior to the "no-name" brands even if they're manufactured in China.

well luck of the draw I guess... I just don't like how Sony is running, creating their own format of things, from their MD's and UMD's... waste of resources... oh well.. anyways.. I'm ranting.. back to track.. it comes down to the employees.. and how well they do their job...
