Since before you pay $59.95 and get credit back in the bill, so it's the same, isn't it?

Maybe I should get one free from Shaw and call Telus to trade in.:cheesygri

Any deals on TV Box, my friend?

Where do you see you get credit back on the bill before? It used to cost 59.95, 1 mo free, 6 mos at 29.95.

Now its free modem (you own it), 1 mo free, 6 mos at 29.95. Just normal prices on TV boxes, many locations have refurb boxes for $148. Major cities have the $98 box advertised on TV.

can you get rogers to price match?

I would doubt it. Why would Rogers pricematch someone who isn't in direct competition? I don't know any areas where you can get either shaw or rogers.

You know whats funny?

You can ride these 'promotions' every 3 months, if you have two ISP's!

Just switch between the two of them every 3 months, and you can get promo's every time.

You can wait here for your answer, cause I don't know it. Or you can find out for yourself at www.shaw.ca in 10 seconds.

Thanks. Anyone know anything about the shaw bundles? (Specifically what digital and movie channels the digital TV + internet bundles include) Oh, and can I apply for this promo with a bundle package?

You can check out the bundles on shaw.ca. They're all there. Yes, you can get the bundle pricing with this promo. The main requirement is just that you're a NEW internet customer, or have not had internet for 90 days.

Shaw is not in Toronto yet.

I ordered on the 14th but was told after the 6 months that I'd have to pay for the modem rental or hand in my telus dsl modem to get a free shaw modem. I read this thread then called in to Shaw and they changed my account to show the modem was purchased and I still get to keep my dls modem in case I got back to telus!

Thanks, OP
