I have tried numerous times with my CC companies to add another address to my billing information, but all of them want to change my billing address and elimate the other. There must be an effective way of asking them to do this.

II have done that successfully with BMO MasterCard. It won't work for AVS, but works for phone verification.

With Capital One you can go on to their website and change your billing address immediately. Once the vendor has authorized your payment you then go back on and change it back. I had to do this ordering from Apple as they are pretty sticky with address verifications. I need to have products delivered to my work address which doesnt match my billing address.

That's very weird. I have an RBC Avion card. I often have items shipped to a US shipping company just across the border (I pick it up, bring it across and deal with customs myself). I called RBC and had the US shipping address added as an "additional" address on my file, for those companies that want to make sure the shipping address matches the one on your credit card file.

My credit card billing address is still my home address, and there were no problems with the whole process...

I've done this as well with my President's Choice Mastercard. No problems

TV Gold Visa here, just called and asked to add another authorized shipping address...no problems, issues or questions.
