What tax are involved with LLC?

I'm from Ontario and was planning on getting LLC in Delaware State.
I want to know the type of tax involved in US and Canada when opening a LLC.
Any help would be appreciated.

U.S. tax laws are a pain in the arse, you may need an accountant who specializes in them to jump through all the right hoops.
