How do I go about downloading movies and MP3's..

Something to do with bitorrent files...

p.s. the files I want to download are legal..

I've yet to download anything, but some real cool stuff out there..

Bittorrent is a client, like Kazaa/Napster/etc. except it has no search features. You find the .torrent files on other websites which are instructions for the client to download the file.
