Just wondering, how much percentage of OSAP interest can be used as tax credit to reduce tax?

Just wondering, how much percentage of OSAP interest can be used as tax credit to reduce tax?

For 2006, 15.25% federally - report on line 319 of Form S1 and 6.05% in Ontario (varies by province) - report on line 5852 of Form ON428.
