4 brand new tires A/T Traction control from costco which will rotate the tire for free at every 10k and do the Synthetic oil change there. Brake just did about 30-40k ago.
she used to lived in small town which close to barrie, so the car werent in city traffic that much.
Condition of the car is 8/10 and top notch for 5 yrs old car.
REASON FOR SALE: She is living in downtown TO now, work place in walk distance and parking space problem.

PS:she just got a qoute from honda dealer for timming belt and water pumps
everything for $500 so she will reduce that amount for good buyer.

the timing belt and water pump should have been changed at 100,000kms for a 7 year old car, your running on borrowed time.

cause my friend did a timing belt, water pump job for $300 from my mechanic on a 1.6EL
