Was down at OptionJDM this past weekend, and John mentioned to me he is having a sale on some engines, almost $1000 OFF.

If your in the market for a new B series engine, particularly B18C5 (JDM Integra Type R), B16B (JDM Civic Type R), B18C1 (JDM Integra GSR) now is the best time, as there is $1000 OFF.

Im pretty sure this sale ends Decemeber 31, 2006.

All motors come with compression test results. Engine includes ecu, transmission, shift linkage, used axles, sensors and some others, please talk with John.

I believe the engines are compression tested as well as leakdown tested to ensure your getting a good engine. They also are sold with a detailed report.

The flaming came sooner that I thought, seeing as its a computer part, or a price match deal etc..

I couldnt care less what you have to say about this, its a good deal for those who know these engines. Thats all.

RFD's should insitute some sort of temporary ban for people like this. This person has not helped the thread in any way other then detract from the deal itself.


BTW, it is a hot deal for anyone looking for a these engines. if i had 3 grand to drop, i'd be all over this. good find.

also, Post counts don't mean a single thing. There are people with counts lower then yours that make much more educated responses.

how does swaping your engine make you a ricer? putting stupid things on your car that does nothing to the performance makes you a ricer. like those lights they put underneath their car

It's a pretty good deal, though if you wanted more power in your car, supercharging it is probably a cheaper way to go than a whole engine swap.

Actually, this would be a really good deal if those Ariel Atom kits were sold in Canada.. pop a B18C and throw on a supercharger, and you've got yourself a car that would beat a Ferrari.
