Anyone have any recommendations for fitness gloves? Or know of any good places to get them? I just went to sportchek today and bought a pair of nike gloves but they were about $46. I'm not into serious lifting, so I'm wondering if I really need the wrist support that my gloves have. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

For someone not going too heavy or often, you can get gloves for $10 - $20.

I've even used garden / work gloves - they work just as as well.

$46??!! Man u are crazy. Return them right away and get yourself something cheaper. I imagine National Sports will be cheaper if you still want to wear gloves. Personally, I'm old-skool and do not recommend wearing gloves at all. You gotta learn to toughen up your hands!

I don't think you really need gloves, and you definitely don't need wrist support unless you have special circumstances.
