20"-24" Lcd Tv

I need to buy a 20 to 24 inch LCD for a bedroom. I'm only going to be watching cable TV and have a DVD player hooked up to it. Therefore I don't need any fancy gadgets or features, just decent picture & sound quality!!!

Therefore what brand and model can you guys suggest and how much should I be paying for it.

BUmp as I'm looking to get my mum a 15 to 24 inch LCD tv (must have built in tuner) for a gift.
It's just for watching news, about a metre away from her.
Post deals as you see them, some preference for brick and mortar stores but where ever.
