yes but it's useless because your lcd isn't HDTV, but if you really want you either need a tv tuner card or some adapters. But honestly, i've tried them before and it doesn't work well. it lags a bit.

I have my DELL UltraSharp 2005FPW monitor hooked up to my XBox 360 via the VGA port. Just go out and buy a VGA cable for your XBox. Then config your XBox to the closest widescreen resolution (I use 1280x768) that your monitor supports. It looks beautiful on my Dell monitor. If you have a LCD with slow response times, then yes, you will see some ghosting.

I also have my 360 connected to my Dell 20" widescreen via the VGA cable and am able to play at 1360 x 768. I do have a bit of trouble when I try and put my 360 in 1080p, it looks very washed out, but my monitor doesn't support 1080 lines (max is 1680 x 1050) so I can't complain about that.

I don't have a XBOX but can't u just connect the RCA cable (the audio left and right parts) to a 3.5mm audio jack of your speakers?

yeah you should be able to do this. with my regular xbox, i just had the RCA audio wires from my xbox connect into a converter which went from RCA --> 3.5mm Audio Jack, and then I just plugged my speakers into the other end of the converter.

The MS VGA Cable for the 360 comes with a L+R RCA to 3.5mm mini jack so you shouldn't need to buy anything extra. I did buy a 3.5 female to female adapter for $2 so I could just plug my headphones in directly.
