The orange cable connects the green part and the black part but the cable is broken as showed in the pics. Any one know how to fix this?

You should be able to solder it back together. It looks like a single contact pin, connected to a single trace.
If you're in the Richmond Hill area, I can do it for you.

from the other angle, it looks like the ribbon flex cable may actually be slightly torn, if thats the case, its not repairable, but if its intact, then go ahead and let Harkonnen from Rhill solder it for you
