Recovery...

I bought a Dell laptop(inspiron) and it came with a recovery console I could run if anything ever went south (pressed ctrl f11 at startup) anyways i reformatted with a different OS and the ctrl f11 isnt working anymore...the 3 gig partition is still there with the files for the recovery centre..how can i boot from it!??! thanks!

I gues u have to reinstall from it to work in future..u formatted and installed a different os (most prolly xp pro) and now F11 wont do anything...anyway..whats there...only some dell junk and some trial programs...U shud have formatted the whole drive and saved that 3 gig too...
