For anyone that likes minesweeper there is a java based multi-player version at
http://www.minesweeperlive.com
It's a java based game, you don't need to provide an email to create an account, just hit register put in a username and password, that's it.
When you play a game you and your opponent will be given an identical already opened starting area, and unlike microsoft minesweeper, the board's are designed to have no forced guesses.
Sometimes there isn't a lot of traffic so it might take a while to find a game, but maybe for the next little while the RFD effect will create a few opponents. :)
Hope some of you are interested enough in minesweeper to try it out!
T
BTW: The site recommends that if you can't find a game that everyone interested in playing log in at the top of the hour to increase the chance of finding opponents... until the game takes the world by storm anyways :P
