OK, since I'll be dipping into the jumps this season, I want something a bit more sturdy... but u see, I'm lazy and I want something that is easy to get in and out of... and to be honest.. I feel that my 2006 Ride LS bindings were great to learn on, but I want more now... so I've narrowed it down to a few choices. Here they are in a non specific order:
1) 2007 Flow The Pro.
2) 2007 K2 Cinch CTS
3) 2006 Ride Flight Tomcat

don't get the K2 Cinchs... being only 2nd year? in production there's still a lot of bugs with that product and they're quite heavy and bulky too. Not to mention they break easily.
The Tomcats are a great binding, more freestyle oriented because they're softer than the Migs. The Tomcats CAN handle all mountain riding tho, but their home is in the park.... The barrel rachets Ride uses are great, especially since they're metal. These binders are mad light as well, just like this years Ride MVMT series bindings, which are SICK btw. If you want an all-mountain binding, that can handle freeriding and freestyle go with the Ride SPi.
The 2007 Flow bindings are sick... they've lightened them up A LOT. I don't know about The Pro, but the NXT series bindings are great. IMO, i wouldn't buy any Flow binding unless it's the NXT series. The NXT has more adjustability options than the lower models and it also feels like a strap-in. You should definitely step up to the NXT-AT... that is a sick binding.
One thing you hafta keep in mind with step-in bindings is the initial setup. It takes a long time to find the PERFECT fit with your boot, but once you get it dialed in, you're set. Oh, and if you ever need to change the angle of your bindings, you better remember the settings you set it at or you'll be fiddling around again trying to find the right spot again.
If your choices are b/w those 3... i would go with the Ride Tomcats, probably one of a lightest bindings on the market last year.

Avoid (any and all) Flow bindings like the plague. The ride bindings you listed are excellent.
