This tree is brand new, still in the box, and needs to be assembled. It is prelit, and is selling for $349.99 on Canadian Tire on sale ($399.99 Regular). I will sell it for $300 OBO. PM me, im located in Toronto, and i will drop off, depending on location. CASH only.
