i've seen mahir's page a few years ago when mad tv did a sketch about him
sacha baron cohen has clearly taken some of his ideas from mahir, such as the "i like sex" line, the ping pong game, the clothing he wears, and inviting people to stay at his home

hahaha yea... the borat character seems based on him, but he still makes up all the jokes.. just like how kramer was based on a real guy
