I'm with Rogers. Initially started with Bell but quickly said good-bye and came over to Rogers where I've basked in the gsm dominance :cheesygri.

Bell. But my contract expires in a few days.. I'm looking for the best plan out there.
BTW: What happens when my contract expires? Nobody at Bell has called me.. do I need to call to cancel my service (ie. they'll keep billing me at the same monthly rate if I don't)?

Provider: Bell Mobility
Why: Company pays for it

Bell Mobility.
Why? Because they offered me one of the best corporate plans on the market that no other provider would match. Naturally I went with where I paid the least for the most. And How!

Yup they'll keep billing you at the same monthly rate unless you call in to cancel. You have to call 30 days in advance to cancel.

Bell, my SAF is included in my $25 plan with unlimited weekends evenings and some additional anytime minutes.
Makes it a perfect plan as meets all my needs and get newer phone on 3yr contract.
Plus with bundle savings my plan is $20 a month. That's like getting a cell phone plan for $11 a month considering SAF is now $8.95 with bell and rogers soon to be there, as best as I can remember.

Rogers because that's what my employer pays for. If it were up to me, I wouldn't carry a cell phone.

Telus' coverage is vastly superior to Rogers here in the GTA. I've never been anywhere where a Rogers phone has had reception and I hadn't. Whereas I am in many places on a daily basis where I have reception and friends on Rogers dont.
They are definitely a bit more expensive however, which is probably why so few people here use them.

Rogers because they have by far the best coverage.

From my last job, they had a company cellphone which was a Bell Mobiblity phone. I was told to use this phone when out on the road so I stay in touch with the office. Well guess what? The phone would hardly get SEEG. My Work ended up calling me on my ROGERS personal cell because they couldnt always reach the Bell phone, even though I had BOTH on me, and they were both 35xx series nokias. I ended up cutting a deal with my workplace to ditch the bell company phone, and use my regular Rogers cell line for work related calls and work would pay me for my phone bills. Pretty Sweet Eh?

Which part?
The free part is because I have a phone on a corporate plan. My employer covers the full cost of the phone including personal usage.
The ghost line bit is from the good old analog days when cloning was rampant. Use your imagination from there.

Wow, so Bell is pretty crappy eh? I was looking into them when they offered me a corporate plan, $20.30 for 250 daytime, unlimited evenings and weekends.
I'm currently off contract on my Telus $20, 100 anytime 1000 evenings/weekends, and considering switching coz Telus is offering me crappy deals for phones to renew my contract ($100 more expensive than new customer prices for phones! )

Telus is definately king in rural western Canada. It's bad, I look at whatever phone people have and I judge them by what provider they are with. I can tell in one second whether it is a Telus or Rogers phone.
If they have a Rogers phone my mind is going "good call" if they are on Telus I am thinking "suckered by those ads and the illusion of better coverage."
Ted has me brainwashed well:(
