theres no proof that guy was chinese, you couldn't tell from the quality of that video.

He is knocked over by a car going backwards.
The car stops momentarily, and goes forwards.
What's more surprising is that the car goes backwards again, and then forwards.
Only then does the driver get out and look at the casualty.
Security walks over.
You can see a passerby just glance and walk away.
The same with a man on a bicycle.
Only three minutes later did the driver call the police, and the man was taken to the hospital.

Yeah I saw that too... wonder if they would have taken off if there was no camera (or security guard).

wow almost like the simpson episode where homer went ot new york and then a taxi drives up beside and tells him to get off the road, then right behind his bumper is a biker who saids the same thing lol

pure stupidity on the driver's part.
I wonder if that chinese driver was old. I mean alot of these cases have happened because of old ppl. You hear "old man runs over person, and dragged body for 1 kilometre ignorant of what happened" or the san monica case where an old japanese dude rammed into a street market killing seven or so."
a somewhat similiar scenario happened sometime ago recently in Toronto. a car backed out of some house's driveway and into somebody.
