Hi,

I am having a mattress set (purchased from Sleep Country) delivered to my condo. I would like to know, if there is anyway to get them to be more flexible with the delivery times. Where I am they don't allow for deliveries after 7pm.... Sleep Country claims that they can't guarantee me a time. All they can say is that they will deliver it between 5pm and 9pm.

They also do deliveries during the day, but I don't want to lose a whole day's pay just to sit around waiting for a bed.

Has anyone had any experiences in a similar situation like this with Sleep Country?

Every mattress, furniture, appliance company uses 4 or 5 hour delivery windows. Nothing unique to Sleep County.

Well the bed came... they did deliver it within the condo's time rules... I was still a bit ticked off as to how they treated me... at least they could have provided some way for the delivery people to know that it is a condo they are delivering to and that they could try to organize their roots to be in the earlier part of the time window. But anyhow... this is life.

The problem is that everyone has some sort of 'good' reason for wanting a specific time... it would be a logistical nightmare to for them to accommodate everyone's schedule (if they gave shorter windows and ended up being late late, they'd just have those same people calling in to complain just as much anyway).
