Where are you located, Ontario? I've always had slow shipping from their BC warehouse to Ottawa.
Did you pay for express shipping, or the 2-5 day shipping?

Just how long do you think it takes to drive a truck across the country? Canada is massive. If you want it fast, you gotta get it air shipped.
This has nothing to do with NCIX btw, they don't control the shipping system. They give you different shipping options, it's up to you to choose the best one and how much it's worth to you to get it sooner.
If it shipped Monday night, there's a good chance you'll get it today. Depends where you are of course.

Yeah, they're pretty good at shipping items soon after receiving the order and confirming stock. After that, it's up to the shipping method you chose and how far you are from BC to get the package to you quickly.

Whenever I ordered from NCIX i took up their Express shipping option, and have alwasy received it the next day or 2 from the time it leaves their warehouse, and I Live in Ontario.
Otherwise regulard standard delivery times are always 5-7 business days from BC to Ontario. I've shipped items out to BC as well and have never seen it get there earlier than 5 business days when using standard ground.

NCIX experience varies. Sometimes they take forever to process your order. Sometimes they ship it out the next day, regardless of it being instock at the time of order.
Now for the shipping, NCIX has nothing to do with that. With me being on ONT. If I pick Ground, I usualy get the stuff within a week. With Air, I get the stuff next day.

If you got general shipping it may take even longer, either way, once they ship it is out of their hands.....
I had some things take 3 days, others alot longer. Canada post sucks.

I've never ordered from ncix. But I wouldn't say it's bad.
I mean, I ordered an lcd off eBay...the seller makes a mistake, ships it to the wrong postal code, no wonder why it took 5 weeks for it to arrive here, he sent another one 3 weeks later and I got that one, 2 weeks after it was shipped.
Also, eBay seller charges me $25 for shipping...$2 for insurance. The thing is, he sent it in a cushioned mailer that cost him like under $2....AN LCD! it didn't get damaged....but c'mon, that just doesn't look good. Not only that, I paid for insurance, so I said to myself...okay...I don't mind paying full taxes and fees...it's a big thing...the seller marks the item at $50 USD.....I pay a lot less in taxes....thanks...........but. I did expect to pay more, and if It was DAMAGED, i'd want to be fully 100% insured. I did pay those $2 for insurance of the entire item.

If it was done Purolator then you'll have to wait a while. They would not have picked up the package until Monday. It would have hit the hub Monday afternoon, put on the correct truck and picked up Monday night. Now with Purolator ground it takes at least 4 days to get from B.C. to Toronto. Then you might have to wait another day once it gets to Toronto.
I jut went through this with Direct Canada. Odly enough the made an error and only sent 1 stick of ram. So the next day after they shipped out the first order, they shipped it Canada Post. Got the item the day after that.

If you do mail order, you need to wait for some time instead of getting it right the way from the store. That is given.
You said they were shipped. When did you check that and do you have a shipping number? If you do, you can check the status of your shipment through the courier's web site. If there is a shipment number and it is later than it specified, it is courier's fault.
NCIX is not the one who carries the package over. The can't make that portion of the process faster or slower.
Did you ship it through express? If you need the part ASAP, you need to do that.
