Located in London, so the closer the seller the better. I only will pay via paypal or cash on pickup or delivery if your close enough.

bump, I changed my mind and I would prefer to get an unmodded premium 360 unless the right deal comes for a modded one I will consider.

I bought the xbox from the seller (xenon420) and paid via paypal the full amount $450.
Waited a few days never received a tracking number so I pm'd the seller asking whats going on. He responded that payment was on hold due to the fact he did not properly set up his account. (add credit card, verify bank account etc)
So xenon responded that he didn't want to comply to paypal's requirements and that he was going to refund me the full amount. The only problem is according to him he had no control over the money because his account his limited. So I was getting skeptical about the whole thing so I filed a complaint about the transaction on paypal hoping it would speed up the process.
Xenon informed me that he phoned paypal today and had them refund my account, to which he later emailed me showing the transaction had been reversed but the process was on hold due to the file claim.
So in hopes of getting the funds automatically i canceled the claim but the funds never arrived. Then i got on the phone with the paypal people who informed me that they had no record of the refund transaction and that I should have never closed the claim because I would have won if xenon could not have provided a valid tracking number which he couldn't have seeing as he did not ship it.
The only recourse I am left with is for xenon to email complaint-response@paypal.com and ask them to refund my account wilkes99@sympatico.ca
Xenon you can still make this right, please do the right thing.

ouch, that sounds very familiar.
The guy in my sig, do not trade list, did something similar to me.
He finally fessed up and I got most of my funds back.
He scammed a whole bunch of people from the states and had things in scarborough here in ontario.
The little zit never got hit with legal action, I don't think.
Could've had the FBI involved since it was a cross-border incident.
That little worm.
Goodluck to you,
Mike

Bump, nothing to say Xenon?
Face it man, He is not coming back nor will he be replying to you at all. I feel bad for you and it was a big amount you lost.
One of the main reasons why I dont get involved in transactions that require shipping and especially buying from someone who is new here without much feedback.
Good Luck.

not sure if u can, but cant you go to the bank and claim fraud for the charges made? They have to be able to do something? Maybe cops can help you out?

what the hell? I didn't even know you wrote this ******** on here. How was I supposed say anything on here when i didn't even know????????????????? I have been PMing you. i didn't know I was supposed to PM you & chat with you on this board. My god you are a riot. I have sold a few items on here INCLUDING A XBOX 360!!!!!! Yeah I am scamming you  HOW MANY ITEMS HAVE YOU SOLD?
Tell the WHOLE STORY don't leave things out. You paid me via paypal(i have never used paypal before). Paypal then wanted my bank account which i entered no problem. Then they wanted my credit card number which i told them I don't have one. They said without out it they can't put the $$$ in my account because they have to verify my address is correct & thats the only way they can. Then I told mattw3155 I would refund his $$$ but when i tried I couldn't BECAUSE paypal had REVERSED THE TRANSACTION. Meaning I didn't have the $450 in my account. They told me it was because of FRAUDLENT PAYMENT. Paypal was investigating. And now I have emailed
complaint-response@paypal.com because it says the $$$ has been refunded back to mattw3155. ID #9AY79090S73973905 back to wilkes99@sympatico.ca.

The email above just means the claim took place and the 450 dollars is on hold because its under investigation due to the claim I filed. I closed the claim because at the time I thought the above meant the transaction was being refunded to me but was on hold due to the claim so that is the reason I closed the claim.
Now according to the Paypal lady on the phone once I closed the claim the money that was on hold went straight back into Xenon's paypal account which clearly makes sense.
Thus he has to email complaint-response@paypal.com and tell them to refund the transaction ID #9AY79090S7397390 back to wilkes99@sympatico.ca This is exactly word for word what the lady on the phone told me.
I just want the money back thats all im asking...
I have been a paypal member for almost 2 years never once had a problem, meikeo can back me up he is a respected member here.
