For $5 more I can lap the IHS or remove it dropping temperatures since most IHS's are slightly concave. I will guarentee the cpu against DOA or I will show it running before boxing it up for you. Lapping or removing the IHS voids warrenty but will improve temperatures by 1-4degees celcius on average sometimes up to 10 (not in this case)
