Just the console and HDTV cables. (no power supply, controller, etc.)
The person I bought this off of tried very unsuccessfully to flash the dvd-drive. When this failed, he tried to recover it using the switch method.
Anyways, the console itself boots to the dash just fine (he said he never registered the xbox), the dvd drive (Samsung) doesn't load anything, mainly because he never gave me the little connection ribbon, and he tried to install a spst switch to re-flash firmware.I'm not sure if just buying a replacement dvd drive would work.
I will post some pics soon.

or $300 for the above + the 20gb HD (works and looks great)+ Power Supply.
or $320 for the above + a wireless controller.
