Item is one year old, but has been in storage for the last five months and is in absolute pristine condition. I paid close to $1400CDN for it, and honestly couldn't have been happier with it. The reason I'm selling it is because I'm currently on extended sabbatical in Europe and don't anticipate coming home any time soon.
* Built-in 480i to 480p line doubler (additional prog. scan for DVD and TV signals)
* HDTV ready
* Remote control, manuals included
I'm asking $725 o.b.o. for the item. Bear in mind you would need to pick up this (heavy!) television from Guelph, so be prepared to include that in your costs.

Thanks, and PM me with any questions!

Bump again! $725.
you can edit your first post and make changes to the Price to indicate price drops. That way people dont have to follow whats your latest offer.
there is a button on your first post on the top right corner: EDIT.
click on it and make the changes necessary like:
$825 ---> Price Drop---> $725 or whatever.

1400 last year for a samsung 27"?? I'd say you got ripped off, it's probably not HD, it might be EDTV.

Maybe you should do a little tinking before you say a stupid thing like that.
Samsung is the only one that makes HD-compatible TVs in the 27'' size.

Last I saw the samsung 27s they were still up there in price.. 725 is a rockin deal.. I think by now there are some others making smallers 27s in HD... maybe Zenith is the one I saw..still nothing as nice as the samsungs.. this TV far outclasses my 27" wega..which still I am thrilled with.. just wish I hadn't bought it before I saw this :)

Thanks QP.
This sounds like a standard sales pitch, but it really does kill me to be selling this thing. In the end I guess it doesn´t make sense to have it in storage if I´m not back for at least another year or so, though.
To be honest, I´m a little surprised that I haven´t had more bites...

Hey dudes --
I didn't get any bites on this so I left it in storage for a bit. I've been using it for the last 3-4 months but I've moved and don't have room for it.
Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo:
$500 FIRM. Pickup from Westend Toronto.
Cool? Cool!
