I am wondering if I should try and fight the ticket, or should I just not waste my time and pay the $25 fine.

Basically, I had to take a later train in so there was no parking left at the GO station, so like eveyone else I just parked at the end of the row. Yeah there is a sign that says no parking but I had no choice I had to put the car somewhere. So I figured I would take my chances, and hope I did't get a ticket.

Has anyone here ever selected the trial option for a parking ticket received at a GO station, more specifically the Clarkson Station.

Any suggestions?
I though if I fought it I could say I was parked in a marked parking spot but was a bit outside the lines because the car beside me was parked properly and had crossed the line. Think they would buy it?

or for $25 rather than waste time just pay the ticket?

only thing you have to worry about at court is what the officer noted when the ticket was written

officers always take notes when each ticket is written

Being living in Toronto, $25 is nothing. For anything less $30, I would just pay it.

Always fight any ticket you get... Unless you have to take time off work and lose money, then just pay it.

You did something WRONG and its a cheap ticket. Pay it and get on with your life. No more disobeying signs.
