I voted for StarCraft :D. But I also enjoy Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory - though it's not an option...

I've only played World of Warcraft and CS from that list, but I'd have to say CS, because, unlike WoW, it's a game I can pick up and play on a whim and have fun.

EDIT: Actually, I've played Warcraft 3 as well, but only in LANs. Above statement still stands.
