where did you find?.

got one at fitness source fid71 they had on sale for 299 - it's decent and can take up to 1000lbs, lifetime warranty everything. only thing is that it is quite long/tall and not so good if ur short. i'm 5 10"

299 or 229 is too expensive for a bench. If you buy from internet do you have to pay gst and pst both?

What about importing from usa ? will it be expensive?.

yeah the body solid fid 71 was 1/2 off special.

yeah if u buy internet from ontario u'll pay gst and pst + shipping

if you buy from a large chain store like sears online, u'll still pay pst and gst.

i thought about importing from US, but then it's about the same price if not more for similar quality bench not including the exchange rate. ie 300 US. plus the hassel of transporting accross border, customs, $20-30 of gas from GTA.

the bench i got is commercial quality can take up to 1000lbs. more than i'll ever need. i don't know about the ones from sears, typically cheaper ones maybe 200-300lbs? i dunno.

300 bucks +gst +pst for the bench is expensive unless you intend to keep it for lifetime.

I went to the site, It is a solid bench though.
