LF: Hardwood Floor Installation Deal

I'm in Scarborough, looking for a hardwood floor installation deal. I will supply the hardwood, 3/4" solid 3 1/4 wood. Total area is about 675 sq/ft.

Currently have carpet with a tongue and groove (particle board) subfloor.
