Fake HOckey Tickets

Hi,

Is there any way of spotting a fake Hockey ticket?

Reason I'm asking is I found someone selling Gold tickets for $350 a pair to the 11/20/06 Tor. vs NYI game.

That price is too good to be true for golds nowadays.

How can I tell if its a fake when I inspect it ?

By purchasing the tickets and then getting owned at the door when they say they are fake..duh.

Also, if you believe they are too cheap then, it must be to good to be true. =/

It does sound too good to be true..

I guess I will pass on it since there is'nt a way to spot a fake ticket before it gets scanned.

If anyone wants to take the risk, I can pass you the person's tel #.

Well, if he did get them legit, he should have some form of a recipt. If he paid for them for instance. If he won them, you can follow up with where he got them from to confirm they are authentic.

Do what you want with this suggestion.
