The danger with that type of dress is that when you lean forward, the material falls forward and will expose the boob (Bai Ling is famous for using that to "accidently" expose herself.) Tabloid photogs knows that so they tend to take photos of these ppl from the side.

What she's saying is that she's using double sided tape to tape the dress to her boob so there's no danger of "accidently" exposing her nipple and tabloid photogs can forget about getting any useful shots.
