I thought Dominion supermarket recycled plastic bags until I went last week to a 24hour one and they didn't have any receptacles, didn't feel like asking.
I don't like to wait till Environment Days cuz it's just such a hassle having to wait for those and drive to the different locations across the GTA./

I'm sure if you dropped them off at a library, they would appreciate it. They use recycled bags to give people their books!

or you can just use the bags yourself, carry your lunch in, or reuse them at the grocery store.

I believe that is not really sent to recycling as plastic containers 1 and 2 (look on bottom of container) are allowed but I believe plastic bags fall under type 4 plastic

I almost never have enough of them. Most people use them as garbage bags around the house. I carry my lunch in them, my gym clothes, .... etc :)

Let's not kid ourselves here. Plastic bags go straight to the landfill when they are picked up.
A lot of plastics plastics that are picked up have the same fate.
