Woah, I must say ATi's warranty service is not bad, I rma'ed the broken X700 on the 19th and a brand new one turned up in my mailbox today.
I don't have a desktop anymore so I'm going to put it up for sale. Everything is sealed except the box itself is not plastic wrapped.
I don't know if this means anything but it is a video capture edition
