What kind of SNACKS do you guyz take to work/school? Please list SNACKS ONLY ... not your whole routine for the day (those are in other forums).

This is what I eat:
- baby carrots w/ onion dip
- celery w/ onion dip
- strawberries
- banana
- nectarine
- apple
- grapes
- raisins
- small serving of fuit yoghurt (low fat)

... is there anything that you guys eat for a HEALTHY snack?

oatmeal with some fruits thrown in. add whey for some protein.

low-fat yogurt can be decieving. They might just replace the fat with sugar.

Not exactly HEALTHY, but a healthy alternative; Rice Crackers.

I've seen some that have reduced sodium. Damn they're addicting

Definitely try Danone Silhouette. Its only 45 calories per 125mL or so, made with Splenda. It's on sale at Loblaws this week, $2 for 675 container or so. I love the stuff, cherry rocks. Put some of yoghurt and granola in a container= amazing snack. Even some whey if you want

pretty much any fruit/nuts combo works...

Today I sliced up some kohlrabi into slices like french fries... they were pretty good actually...

Thx for the replies. I'm trying to organize my hectic work/school schedule for the week, and trying to fit in healthy snacks b/c daily "routines" are not possible due to crazy class/work timings.

I'm just trying to incorporate the veggies/fruits servings (as per Canada Food Guide). I get plenty of carbs and protein from ethnic dishes.
