I swear, i picked up a new cpu, the guy didnt have the monitor I ordered for my girl, anyways he game me this LCD, he told me to try it out and keep it if I like it, I must say it is nice, i cant find ANY english reviews on this monitor so any help would be appreciated

should I return it for the acer?
my buddy says some time these no name companies make great LCD's, but im weary of a monitor called Dinner.....

The Acer LCD has a higher contrast and faster response time. The Dinner LCD should be a tad sharper because of the smaller dot pitch but I'd say one would be hard pressed to really tell the difference between the two anyway. In the end I would opt for the Acer for warranty reasons alone if not the slightly better specs.

yah I was thinking the same thing, both have 3 years warranty, but honestly, I think acer would be more reliable, also the other difference is the dinner has dvi and the acer doesnt, but no one will be playing games in the CPU so it doesnt matter.

Well way back when RCA made a good TV you could buy a Sears Branded TV from Sears for less than the exact RCA TV, Only difference was the insignia.
most of these no-brand name products are made up from surplus parts that the big name companies use, the only thing is the warranty issues if there are any....

LOL, Acer and reliable don't belong in the same sentence unless there's a 'not' in there.
I think acer would be more reliable

heh I had some acer products last me a while, also, realisitcally, which LCD would you keep, acer or dinner? heh one name just doesnt sound right and take a guess which one that is ;)
